Rental Rules & Policy

Please read these rules and policies before you reserve. By reserving a dress you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of them.

Reservation, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Reservation

  • A 50% reservation payment is required to secure a dress for the selected date.
  • Reservations are confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by Yuki Collection.
  • The reservation payment will be deducted from the total rental fee.
  • Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed.

Cancellation

  • Reservation payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • If the customer cancels, the reservation payment will be forfeited.
  • If Yuki Collection is unable to provide the reserved dress as agreed, the customer receives a full refund of the reservation payment.

Rescheduling

  • Customers may request to reschedule at least 7 days before the original pick-up date.
  • One free rescheduling is allowed per confirmed reservation.
  • Rescheduling is subject to dress availability on the requested new date.
  • The new event date must be within 30 days of the original event date.
  • Requests made less than 7 days before pick-up may be declined.

Rental Rules & Reminders

3-day rental period

  • All dress rentals are valid for 3 days, starting on the agreed pick-up date.
  • The 3-day period includes the pick-up / event day and the return date.
  • The exact pick-up and return dates and times are indicated on your booking.
  • Fitting or reserving a dress before the pick-up date does not count as part of the 3-day period.
  • Please return the dress on or before the agreed return date and time to avoid additional charges.

Security deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required before the dress is released.
  • The security deposit is separate from the rental fee.
  • The dress is inspected before the security deposit is refunded.
  • Returned in good condition (no damage, stains or missing accessories) — the full deposit is refunded immediately after inspection.
  • For damage, stains, missing accessories or other issues, the repair or replacement cost is deducted from the deposit.
  • If the total cost exceeds the deposit, the customer pays the remaining balance.

Damage Fees & Policy

Please take good care of our dresses to keep them beautiful for the next renter.

Minor damage

Removable (light) stain
₱100 – ₱200
Missing or loose button, hook, or small accessory
₱100 – ₱300
Small tear / minor stitching repair
₱200 – ₱400

Moderate damage

Heavy or stubborn stain
₱200 – ₱500
Broken zipper
₱300 – ₱500
Damaged lace, beads, sequins, or other details
₱300 – ₱700+

Major damage

Large tear / major fabric damage
50% – 80% of dress value
Permanent stain, burn, unauthorized alteration, or damage that makes the dress unrentable
Full replacement value
Lost / unreturned dress
Full replacement value
  • The final damage fee depends on the actual extent of the damage and the repair or replacement cost.
  • Damage fees are first deducted from the security deposit.
  • If the total cost exceeds the deposit, the renter pays the remaining balance.
  • Normal wear from proper use will not be charged.

Rental Terms

  • I will return the rented dress on or before the agreed return date.
  • I am responsible for the dress and all included accessories while they are in my possession.
  • Late returns are subject to the Yuki Collection Late Return Fee of ₱200 per day.
  • I will not cut, alter, dye, permanently modify, or intentionally damage the rented dress.
  • If the dress is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond repair, I agree to pay the Dress Replacement Value.
  • I have inspected the dress and included accessories and confirmed their condition before accepting the rental.
  • The replacement value is separate from the rental fee and any other charges.

Late Return Fee

  • A late return fee of ₱200 per day is charged if the dress is not returned by the agreed return date and time.
  • Late fees may be deducted from the security deposit; if charges exceed it, the renter pays the remaining balance.

By reserving and paying the required 50% reservation payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all Yuki Collection rental rules, reminders and policies stated above. Thank you for taking good care of our dresses.
